To browse our products, make sure you are browsing in the correct currency by checking in the top right corner of the page (the currency should be USD for all non-Australian customers and AUD for Australian customers). Then browse through our magical pages using the menu to the left of the page. When you come across something you wish to purchase, simply click the "Add to Cart" button beneath the item. You will be taken to your shopping cart, which will display the item you have selected and where you can choose to continue through to checkout, update quantities of your items or continue shopping. Continue adding products in this way and click 'Proceed to Checkout' in your shopping cart at the top right of each page to proceed to the completion of your order. See below for further shipping and payment information. Which currency should I shop in? TOP
All prices are in US Dollars by default. This currency is fine for all customers, except those from Australia, which should select the 'Australian Dollars' or 'AUD' option. The currency of the site is displayed in the top right hand corner of each page in the 'Your Shopping Cart' section. Multiple currencies will not be accepted by the shopping cart, so you should take care to set the correct currency before adding any items to your cart. How may I pay for my order? TOP
There are several different payment options available. For all non-Australian customers, there are two options:
Credit Card ~ Customers may pay by credit card by selecting the 'Paypal' option during checkout and filling in their details on the Paypal payments page. You do not need to be a member of Paypal to pay through this option. All credit card are processed through Paypal's secure servers.
Paypal ~ Those with a Paypal account may opt to pay with available funds in their Paypal account through the same 'Paypal' option as credit card payments. Select 'Payment via Paypal' during checkout and follow Paypal's prompts to complete payment.
Australian customers may pay with the above methods, or with two additional options (not available for International customers):
Cheque or Money Order ~ Select 'Cheque/Money Order (Australia only)' during checkout to pay with this option. Once this option is selected, you will be given the address to mail your cheque or money order to (which is the same as the address on the contact page). Cheques or money orders should be made out to Kirstin Mills. ONLY AUSTRALIAN CUSTOMERS MAY PAY BY CHEQUE OR MONEYORDER due to high bank fees for foreign cheques. Payments must be received and cleared before your order is shipped.
Direct Bank Deposit ~ Select the 'Bank Deposit (AU Only)' option to pay via direct bank deposit. After your order has been placed you will be sent an email with details for depositing to our account. ONLY AUSTRALIAN CUSTOMERS MAY PAY BY DIRECT BANK DEPOSIT. What are my shipping options? TOP
Shipping charges are based on the weight of items in your order and can be viewed and calculated in the shopping cart before paying for and finalising your order.
The Magical World of Kirstin Mills is an Australian company, and all orders are filled and shipped from our Sydney studio.
Australian customers may choose between:
Regular Post (1-7 day delivery and NO tracking ability) andExpress Post (next day delivery to certain zones and a Tracking Number included).
International customers may choose:
Standard International Air Mail (delivery within 6-10 business days and NO tracking ability), or
International Express Courier (delivery within 2-4 days and a Tracking Number included).
IMPORTANT ~ Only the Express options have tracking numbers and are traceable once they are sent. Artworks sent by Standard Australian Post or International Air Mail have no ability to track the order, and articles lost in the mail cannot be refunded. How long until my order is shipped? TOP
While we try to get our orders processed as quickly as possible, most of our products are individually made to suit each order, and this process can take some time. Most orders will be shipped within three days, though please allow up to two weeks for large or complicated items. Who pays Taxes and Customs on my order? TOP
All customs and taxes which may be incurred upon importing orders into a buyer's country are the responsibility of the buyer to pay. If you are concerned about taxes or customs, please check with your local customs authorities before ordering. What is your returns/exchanges policy? TOP
Great care is taken in packaging every order to protect each item within it. However, even the best packaging can be damaged with rough treatment through the postal system. Similarly, we are only human and it is possible for mistakes to be made on orders, an item missed , the wrong item included, or a faulty product to slip through quality control. If you have a problem with your order please contact us and we will do our best to sort it out for you.
Items may be refunded or exchanged only within 14 days of receipt of purchase. What is your privacy policy? TOP
Personal information and data collected in any area of this site is NEVER shared, sold or otherwise distributed. All newsletter and updates mailing lists are the choice of the subscriber to join and require secondary email confirmation, so your email address cannot be used without your approval. Subscribers to these mailing lists can unsubscribe at any time. Will my product look like the ones on this website? TOP
Throughout this website, we aim to provide the best possible representation of our products, both visually and in verbal descriptions. However, due to different screen calibrations, browser settings and certain discolorations in natural materials, product appearances and designs may differ slightly from the website images. The images you see are also very low resolution and are also often protected with a copyright watermark to protect them from theft while they are on the web. The actual artworks, prints and products are of a much higher quality and do not have any copyright mark on them. Many of our customers report that our prints and products are vastly more detailed, vibrant and beautiful than comes across on the web. I LOVE my products: can I send in photos of them in their new home? TOP
Kirstin loves receiving photos of people enjoying her artwork and products: it makes her feel so happy to think of her creations being enjoyed by others in their homes! If you would like to send in your photos of your Kirstin Mills artworks, jewellery, accessories, products or even tattoos we would love to include them in our Fan Gallery (with your permission)! Simply send them in to one of the addresses on our contact page.
Can I get a tattoo of one of Kirstin's artworks? TOP
Kirstin is flattered when people wish to decorate their body with her art. Tattoos are permitted for individuals (Tattoo companies must license Kirstin's art). Kirstin requests that you first buy a print of your desired artwork. This ensures that your tattoo artist has an accurate and detailed reference to use when creating your tattoo, and also means that Kirstin gets a little something in return for her hard work in creating the art. Kirstin would also love you to send in photos of your tattoos to include in the Fan Gallery!
Can I use Kirstin's artwork on my website or blog? TOP

Kirstin is flattered to receive offers of licensing for her art and is happy to discuss the use of her art on quality products and merchandise. However any such use must be accompanied by a signed Art Usage Agreement and will incur a royalty fee, to be determined between the artist and the company. If you wish to license Kirstin's artwork, please contact us with your proposal and as many details as possible about your company and your product idea.
